We are a European based provider of merchant accounts to the adult industry. For every merchant account we sign up, there is a 3-way contract in place between the merchant, the processor (Interconsult Group) and the bank itself. This ensures that the merchant knows exactly who he is dealing with. We also use a 3rd party Escrow bank to hold all merchant funds which we have no title to. This is to provide additional security to the merchant should anything ever happen to our own business.
