Dont know about other countries, but it will be a long time for the USA at least. This country rose to economic dominance so fast because it was built on slave labor (blacks) and is being renovated on near-slave labor (Latinos). Those undertones of our society will not go away. In another 100 years the racial make up of this country will be majority brown, then I can see more Caucasian minority racism sprouting.
