Well we will never know without more people testing it and posting their results *cough* hint *cough*
Of course if this is effective Zango will be hard at work on a fix. However if this lasts a week or three months it will be a positive thing and should encourage others to develop even better solutions along these lines that are harder to get around and don't involve blocking surfers or making them jump thru' hoops.
