I advised customers to contact their bank
ONLY if they see any additional charges after their membership period (i.e. December). They should have had all re bills canceled prior. So there should not be any charges in December by HowieMonde.
I will remove the
NO-PAYmonde script beginning of December. That covers 95% of my customers, and what they were charged. A lot of them are already rolling over to CCBill, and Verotel.
My goal was to make it as little customer impacting as possible. My customers will sign up again. So pissing them off with my money battles by immediately removing the script, telling them to do a chargeback, and sign up again would have been a major source of confusion, and annoyance.
Something I was unwilling to put my customers through.
So I simply canceled the recurring, so that they would phase out. Then would have to sign up again. Which was a big enough inconvience, but one I thought my customers would handle.
