I've already talked to investigators and they said we need to get more people together to make it worth while. The sooner we act, the great our chances of seeing our money. For what it's worth, Howard is still in Montreal and has family there, so it's going to be hard for him to disappear. The funds just get harder and harder to recover as time goes on b/c the money will start disappearing.
