when i schedule my list of things to do everyday, the first thing i write in is SLEEP.
i sleep 8-10 hours every night. it's wonderful. i haven't done the 4 hours a night/3 days without sleep things since college. that shit fucks up your health and makes you insane. what good is being rich if you're too fucking stressed to enjoy it?
i agree with the above. cut back on the coffee, get some exercise, eat some vegetables....turn off the computer.....you know, all those things everyone says over and over that no one listens to. stay away from the meds. they just start a vicious cycle you'll never leave.
