Funny how you generalize by how "YOU" have seen them in "SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA". Was that a foreign country to you? Southern California is a foreign country to those foreigners where they could get wiped out by rednecks if they didn't stick together. Whereas in their own countries they literally kill each other over very simple disputes. Please do step out of your own safe heaven, visit other countries, see reality with your own eyes before you make such statements
