Just a few issues for youto consider:
1. French Canadian's might disagree about English being their first language.
2. Native American's might disagree with your tolerance for Christian Immigrants who killed thier ancestors for land.
3. Mexico is part of North America and a significant part of the SW USA was taken from Mexico. So perhaps Spanish and the culture of Mexico is more native here then yours?
4. All three North American countries have a history of religous tolerence and our US Constitution, a rather wonderful document, is rather clear on seperating church and State to maintain that distance and tolerance.
