I believe that once someone complains of a violation, and the ball gets rolling, the other emails get sent automatically, regardless if you've cleared it up or not.
Gives you incentive to go and check back to make sure its working again. I could be wrong, but they do want to send the message they are serious about protecting their merchant account, as well as all the other accounts that do business with them.
Im pretty sure they would check to see if there was truth to the issue before issuing the aup violation, but if the login you gave ccbill wasnt working anymore, that would be enough to trigger the violation emails.
No worries, if everything was working fine, no need to stress, ccbill is top notch and will make sure your taken care of.
