Forget what the court says, nobody was there in defense so they were going to believe whatever you told them. There's been far more than 4 people over the years across over a dozen boards that have had some issue with the way you have conducted business with them, thats a fact.

Dave, I'm all for giving people the benefit of the doubt, but when there's been that much smoke over the years, presumably there were at least a few fires. You'd come across at least somewhat credible if you'd just have said something like "Sure I've made a few mistakes and I've learned from them and moved on" However, you've denied every charge against you and many of them you just avoided with no response. As Dean said, do you really expect us to believe that you're this innocent angel that's been the victim of this massive malicious crusade to ruin your image?
