most importantly, is she getting all the good flavors out of the variety pack? i hate it when that happens with my carnation instant breakfast!
if she cleans like nobodys business maybe you want to keep her around, find a way to work it out... bust her.. then buy her a cheapass bag of dogfood cause her mutts dont need the good stuff..
if she is just an average maid.. kick her to the curb.. put 100 fake cameras around the house... hire a new maid and point out all the cameras..
