Zango is not going to go pay more money just because they make money.LOL they will bank that profit. He is trying to keep the cost down for them to buy traffic. If everyone goes and buys AFF terms it will be a nightmare for them. It will cost them millions to try to keep out bidding everyone. will be a total nightmare.
