AS OF THIS POST, I HAVE 7 REBILLS AND 10 NEW SUBSCRIPTIONS.
THEY ARE STILL ACCEPTING PAYMENTS AND REBILLING.
I AM AN AFFILAITE, AND MY RELATIVE WAS /IS THE MERCHANT. i still have access to my mvc control panel and im still getting rebills and sign ups.
why havent they notified their merchants?

I think it's important to note that we're not dealing with hardened criminals here. It's not like Paymonde set out with the intent to rip people off.
The way some are going on about this, you'd think they'd planned this from the very start. Sheesh. If you ask me, I think that says a lot more about the people who are doing all the ranting and raving than it does about Paymonde.
