I think they pulled down the site because of the chargebacks/cancellations. By doing so, merchants are sucking down their own holdback funds which are probably blocked by the bank for 6 months. I don't see how howard can run away with it since its not available and the total dollar amount would barely pay him one year's rent. Too little to risk so much jail time. Howard can't really run off with money he DOESN'T HAVE.

I think it's important to note that we're not dealing with hardened criminals here. It's not like Paymonde set out with the intent to rip people off.

The way some are going on about this, you'd think they'd planned this from the very start. Sheesh. If you ask me, I think that says a lot more about the people who are doing all the ranting and raving than it does about Paymonde.

Strange how people in this business are always so quick to jump to conclusions and assume the worst about every one. Honestly, what does that say about the rest of us???????
