Well the one thing I do miss and was disappointed with was the lack of the built in Compact Flash for iPaq. Compact Flash is cheaper and there are add ons for it. At the time I was expecting a wireless card to come out that is the size of the SM card. Nothing yet,.... I'm sure you'll be happy with either unit. I know how tough it is. I spent weeks if not months researching the units last year. It was an easier choice a year ago too.
