another thing that people need to understand is originally the pam and tommy tape was "stolen" however that may have come about, eventually they saw the $. they didn't want it out there at first, or did they. lengthy court battles to eventually sign papers. nope that didn't generate any hype i bet.

"OOops somebody stole my tape" says fedex. you can't lock someone up for being a victim of theft regardless of whether or not he is attempting to use it for blackmail or not.
just another way to look at it. if you trust celebs or high powered lawyers and behind the scenes manipulators and agents, you're naive. theres a big money bin here in l.a. and its not about who see's your pee pee, its about how much of that green you can grab at the right times.
