Yes, he lies and tells different stories to various people. Here's part of a conversation i had with him.

Of course, once he had received the paypal, i didn't hear from him after that day. He gave me electronic access to <i>some</i> of the content, but i paid extra to have it mailed, and expect it to be mailed. Seems fair enough, seeing as i paid for it, right?
Note, in the above ICQ, everything he said is a lie. Brad has not received his refund, and the content most defintley hasnt' been licensed to Brad, paid for or not.
