I'll bet that there was no 'form' that you had to fill out, that it was simply a check box and a submit button....
For you to assume that it was 'shady' and imply that it was an attempt to steal from you is laughable and another example of your paranoia.
Im sure when you brought up the issue it was dealt with, yet you cant seem to get over it. I'll also wager that 95% of other affiliates dont experience the same issue, but if it does occur, it is dealt with promptly.
