Well I feel a little better now knowing that my customers should at least get some money back since they will not be able to login anymore with their no-paymonde passwords. Did anyone else have chance to do refunds or cancellations?

Yes.
I did this two weeks ago once they stopped paying, and 2 days after they did not return numerous trouble tickets, phone calls, or e-mails. I cancelled all rebills, sent an e-mail to all members, and shortly after iMonde locked me out of my account.
