Those of you who are saying 'well joshua said he left in june so that's that' need to start thinking smarter. The guy calls you 'bro' and says he feels sorry for the situation and you want to let him off the hook? Fuck no.
These people are scammers, thieves, liars and cheats. You must assume every single word that comes out of their mouths is a lie. Just because joshua claims he left in june does not absolve him of any liability; if there is a suit filed he should be named. Pull that guy into deposition, hit him with discovery, have a forensics accountant start going through every single cent of his money and lots of things will start coming out of the woodwork.
