Umm Mustard is high up there. I have numerous types as well and a bunch of whole seed too.

Yeah, I am a vinegar person too. I like mayo but I can't really have it as I am watching fat grams so when I do have it I have to have the near fat free variety with isn't that nice. So, mustards and vinegars allow me to have a lot of flavour without the fat. I just picked up a garlic grain mustard at a food fair last week is really nice. It packs enough punch that you only need a tiny bit on a whole sandwich.
