Shit man, it was just confirmed today a nigga moving up in the world. in my square life ive been workin @ outback steakhouse for the past 2.5/3 years, started out at 7.75 and worked my way up to 10.50

today i just confirmed that i will be promoted to Assistant kitchen manager pullin in 12/12.50/hr its not much but i say im doing pretty damn well for myself, this is only a stepping stone to fufill one of my goals in life which is running my own cajun/creole restruant, with this and my lil sites on the side i should be able to save up and put my plan into place within the next 3 years.

starting out as a mobile catering business, with a trailer kitchen, doing shows, and public events such as fairs n fetivals, and work my way thru vegas with name recognition, and eventually opening my place.

my place is gone be nice tho, with a pretty open floor plan with the dining area set around a stage that will host poetry, comedy, jazz, n r n b perfomances.

as my place grows, i will eventually work a upscale night club.

im on my way, on my way....
