dude.. its simple... they got what they paid for... YOU didn;t gt paid.. and the bank will not issue a chargeback for that.. if that was the case.. why dont you file a claime aginst them for all those charges yourself
and uhh.. surfers do care if banks, woves, kids knwo they used their credit card for porn... why do you think their is a big statement saying "discreetly billed"
either way, if they are really stealing money, they long ago emptied the bank accounts with the money in it anyway...
not to mention.. your and idiot.. all they need to do is simply print out your last reply and fax it to the banks.. and its case closed
only way your gettign a chargeback is if its fraud, youc ant claim fruad for soemthign youve been rebilled for for months, and you cant say you never received services.. either way.. the banks will tell 70% of these peopel to take it up with the merchant anyway
