I don't think you understand what is going on here... this is not direct spam to us...
the sending addresses are forged addresses of our own..
the only way to safely filter it is so have whatever filter program you use on your server (or pc) to kill messages with megarotic in the body of the message)
if you filter out all undeliverable email, then you may miss bounces in the future that you may have wanted to be aware of..
plus most spam filters will not weed out bounced emails (unless you intentionally set them up that way) for the same reason of most people want or need to know if their emails have bounced.
