They can lock up the homosexuals right next to the people who get caught smoking a joint. Its a good use of taxpayer money and I'm sure it goes a long way in helping "the war on terror"....
No point worrying about gang violence thats too dangerous, and the white collar criminals are donating too much to the election funds...
