In a libel or slander suit the best defense is that you are telling the truth - it's not the only issue but i will bet there's never been a successful libel or slander case where the alleged defamation was shown to be substantially true.

Exactly! Put it this way..they have stated that they will continue to steal from affiliates in this fashion. Does anyone really think this is the ONLY method they're willing to use to steal from affiliates?
