Personally, with good lawyers on both ends, I don't think they'd have much of a case against Will. Most of the stuff he has posted is the truth, and has been backed by Lars who had a reason for it. Still, if you want someone to shut up, suing the fuck out of them is often times a great way to scare them, even if you have no intentions of following through.

I just don't think they care. Out of all the money AFF makes, does a few threads on a message board really cut into their bottom line? I'd guess that 99% of AFF affiliates don't have a clue what Zango is. The other % that does, probably makes enough money on them that they don't care.

Although I agree with Will on the issue, all the threads won't change much. Webmasters see one thing, money. If AFF makes them more money than the next company, they will use AFF.
