Here is my take. Anyone can sue anyone for any reason. So sure I could be sued. Hell you could probably be sued for starting this thread.
We know Lars is a pussy and wont sue anyone even when they infringe on his copyrights. I wouldn't be surprised if Zango tired although I think it would be a very bad PR move on their part.
I make sure to watch what I say. Everything I say has either been said several times by others or is common knowledge, whether either company wants to believe it or not.
For example. AFF steals traffic and sales using Zango. This is true. AFF prefers to call it " unavoidable adware collisions". The rest of the world calls it stealing. MY traffic clicks a link on MY site to go to MY Sponsors and AFF pops up over it and "STEALS" my traffic. I feel confident I can explain that in court and show my videos to prove it.
