My mom's secretary went about 3 weeks ago to stop smoking. She's in her late 40s and has smoked since she was 15 and never been able to quit for more than 2 days.

So far, she hasn't smoked. I personally think it was more about her finally being ready to quit, but she swears it's the only thing that's ever worked.
