After 10 years in the biz, I've seen it go from being a business to doing anything for a buck. 90% of the guys/gals I know from the old days are focusing on non-adult ventures whilst keeping a finger in the adult pie just for the "free" money. Me included
More and more consolidating will happen. I've seen so many new programs come out in the last few years that have totally eclipsed the older companies which have done nothing but survive on old content and reputation. You don't even see most of the owners of the older companies post or even attend shows except for maybe a dinner or two - they hire others to do the grunt work.
And anyone who insults a content girl is an idiot - THEY are putting food on your table.
