It's ironic that many models earn far more on a daily basis than the average webmaster, but hey, why not?

I disagree. You run a pro company, therefor you only attract the pro models. They will stay for a long time for sure.
But most people start in the business by making their own site, having a BF that want to cash in on the girls slutty side, or being sucked in by a amateur photographer that promise her "I will make you famous and rich" Those people will disappear within a few years because they wont make anything above $100 a month
