Only an observation - there are more dumb webmasters around than dumb talent, - and there would be no webmasters around without the talent.
It's all a fantasy and models provide that "food" - they are no different to the average member of the public, - some are bright, some dumb, some talented, let em work without pulling them apart and appreciate they give webmasters a living. (Often for far less money than they can earn in print media)
