"Piss" is an Australian slang saying for alcohol.
I'm pissed = I'm drunk
I'm drinking piss = I'm drinking alcohol
Let's get on the piss = Let's go and have a few drinks
So if you did walk into a pub here and aks for a glass of piss, they would probably say "Sure, what's your poison?"
