A friend just made a casting for a non-nude pictorial 2 weeks ago for a advertising campaign of a hotel with girls in bikinis at the pool bar having drink and he was arrested right away for asking IDs of legal age to see if models were able to verify they are able to sign a legal agreement. The poor guy spend 2 days in jail for attempting to shoot legal non-nude content .... and they would not let him go without a 'generous fine'. The authorities over there in the Phills are really after any source of money at the moment.
