Filing chargeback against bankrupt business?
Just wonder if anyone has had a similar situation...
A few weeks back I bought furniture from a local place. Between the time I purchased it and the time it was supposed to be delivered they filed for bankruptcy. Now they're telling me that they wont give me my furniture, or even refund me and that if I want to see anything back I'll have to file a claim and "get in line with the other creditors".
Can i just call my CC company and file a dispute without any legal ramifications because of their bankruptcy status?
