Public Statement
from CEO Gregg Willey
This is the statement from CEO Mr. Willey.
Willey Studios, Inc. was not aware of the wrong doing of its employee?s.
Mr. Wormsley was terminated as was his wife Stella from employment with Willey Studios, Inc. a week prier to his being arrested, Mr. Willey took a few days way from the office to meet with the billing company for the websites. During this time employee?s tried to take over the company and as a result they were also terminated. Two other employee?s, Connie Conroy (Lockport, IL)and Christian Conroy (Hammond,In) then embezzled funds out of the company bank account that belonged to the models and photographers. The some was in access of $23,000.00 in addition to thousand?s of dollars worth of equipment.
After speaking with the billing company MVC. I with MVC's Howard Cohen and Norton Burah came to the conclusion to stop all billing and close the sites after 30 days, moments after the meeting MVC then took out in access of $30,000.00 out of the companies Funds2go card. This was monies already paid to the company from previous weeks. MVC has held 10% of all billing for 6 months with an average of $3,000 to $4,000 a week for charge backs, etc. they now have over $200,000.00 of Willey Studios Inc. money that is due our models and Photographers. MVC was also our DNS company, they received pressure to stop the DNS and as a result the sites went down.
Mr. Willey in the past year hired employee?s to run his company, with the understanding that they do their jobs and help promote the models and keep the company running. They saw large amounts of money coming into the company, not realizing that 70% of that was models and Photographers money and what was left was payroll, servers, rent, etc. very little was left for the company or Mr. Willey.
It is a shame that in today?s day and age, you can not find honest people that will work for their money, Most of our employees made between $700- $1,000 a week.
This Statement was sent to us by Mr. Willey, who now is in an undisclosed location, due to threats on his life.
