I have 2 virtual accounts at mccolo.com and I recommend it to anyone looking for virtual or dedicated hosting, it's extremely cool for newbie webmasters looking for a cheap affordable host ( for virtual hosting ), but they don't have any reseller offers at this moment.

Cash, unfortunately I've read too many bad things about Dreamhost since way before looking for a hosting company so I'll skip it at least for the moment.
