Your conversions rates will, in fact, decrease due to excessive scrubbing. You will also notice higher refund ratios.
Implementing multi-language billing pages is trivial and will cost much less than switching to a paycom/ccbill. An adult merchant account from a nice big reliable bank has a discount rate of
under 5.5%. It will cost about 1% to provide billing support.
