Good advise Squishy, You did initially pay for a year correct? I have yet to see a prompt that says cancel existing domains here. Someone had to have sent a request for termination. That request is "criminal" in a number of ways.
Act on this Squishy, keep us informed. Someone was waay out of line. Lee
