We used to do that all tha time at parties, it really helps if your drunk though.
New Years Eve 2004, we convinced a guy nicknamed "Maplegrove Joe" to fry his ball sack with my stungun (60k volts) for only $40. The party moved outside to the deck, in about 20 degree weather, his buddy did the honors an scrambled his eggs for all to see. It was one of the most hilarious things i've ever seen, and for only $10...me an a few other guys chipped in for the 40. lol
Dude sat in the corner the rest of the night, dejected, looked like someone peed on his cereal...he wasn't right after that.
