Ok, I feel the major need to share this...I just opened a new amateur paysite about 3 weeks ago and it's averaging a 1:50 join ratio from the index page!! Don't you love it when that happens? I'm fucking thrilled with it, so I'm desparately trying to recreate it a million times over (yea, like that will ever happen)
