All indicators show that he won. I am also sure they got to count absentee ballots and then of course recount by district to ensure proper numbers. Then the looser if under 1% which it is has the option then to ask for a recount. This can come after a few weeks. So unless someone bails out now, we shall not officially know for a few weeks to a month.
