Last year I spend 4 months in the USA, while there I purshased an espresso machine (I'm a coffee addict).
I ship it back to canada VIA UPS in it's original package.
When I received it at home. The box was open, the protection stuff wasn't in the box anymore. They had open the machine at the customs to check inside the pump if I wasn't hiding stuff in it (WTF??), while opening it they broke the machine.
I ship a 4 months old machine in it's original package, I receive a broken machine in a big box with no protection.
The worst part; I had an insurrance with UPS and they don't wan't to pay me.
