I've been doing business with them for 7-8 years, B-H-E is solid, and never had a complaint. Myself, or a customer. The only reason I moved my membership processing was because of some changes with their merchant bank. So it made it easier for me, and them.
I still have them handling all my hosting, DVD sales, and custom order sales.
