TITLE: "Junkies"
PREMISE: Go around to crack houses, and shoot videos of people shooting up, and smoking rock.

Then overdub their voices, with humorous voices and come up with a weekly plot.

Or maybe something like "Junkie Fights".

You could have a gameshow... "Spin the Needle", and whoever gets pointed to by the needle, has to shoot up with it. But, don't tell them that you secretly replaced the needle with an H.I.V. infected one.

Once they shoot up, tell them what they have won! And kick them in the ass on their way out.
