To the best of my recollection, that was the only penalty laid directly at his fee. And I do blame him for it, because it was not in the course of game play, and was totally and 100% unnecessary.
I don't blame him for the loss, or for any of the rest of the losses this year. As I said, you win as a team and you lose as a team.
I do blame him for being an unprofessional fool, who, as far as I can see, is pretty overrated.
