depends on the state i guess... in WA you can't have anything to do with it and the laws are very clear in that you can't claim ignorance to whats actually going on. laws for things like "promoting prostitution" or something to that affect, which specifically address people in your position who knowingly arrange sexual encounters for a fee and claim you don't because "she's just being paid for her time". exchanging money for sex is illegal. being a part of that transaction or facilitating it, directly or indirectly usually is as well.
