It has no chance in hell of passing and any idiot would be able to see that, of course in this age of hypersensative liberalism any fucking mention of new laws invokes accusations of communism or nationalism etc.
Big business would not allow it, Republicans would not allow it, frankly it would have a better chance of being implimented if the Democrats were in power. Democrats want BIG GOVERNMENT, Republicans dont.
