For the pictures it depends on if they were used legally. Maybe the solo girl has done shoots before and those pictures are used, no problem using them. If the pics are stolen, well...
But you will not be allowed to advertise that itīs the solo girl on the dating site if she isnīt. But of course itīs done.
Iīm not sure about US laws so far.
