We do stick to our SLA as much as physically possible, but did work on this issue this year during our annual "remake" of the company's products (which focus on improvements).
For example, as part of our new control panel which we plan to roll out in January (at the Internext Convention) we offer monitoring services for every part of the service (HTTP, SMTP, POP, etc) and configurable allowing our customers to page, e-mail them immediately. Then the SLA kicks in with a "calculator" so you can reload while we are down, although a redundant 10 gigabit network shouldn't do that according to plans
